The TravelMate Vero from Acer is a sustainably-designed business laptop that offers a range of environmentally-conscious features along with business-grade performance and security.

Sustainably Designed
Every aspect of the TravelMate Vero is designed to minimise its environmental impact as much as possible. This includes a chassis with 30% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic, keyboard keys with 50% PCR plastic, no harmful paints of dies on the chassis and easily access to the components to aid reparability & upgradeability. The packaging is also sustainably designed, with plastic bags swapped out for paper sleeves and recycled plastic, cardboard & paper throughout.

Acer Commercial BIOS
The TravelMate Vero features Acer’s Commercial BIOS solution, which offers a range of business-friendly functions including the ability to lock the BIOS to prevent updates as well as the option to roll it back. There are also tools to allow you to easily update the BIOS when using non-Windows platforms and even the option to customise the boot graphics with your own logo.

VeroSense
The TravelMate Vero comes pre-loaded with Acer’s VeroSense software which offers comprehensive power management options to help boost your battery life, via a user-friendly, eco-friendly interface that lets you see the environmental impact of your power usage as well.

Business-Grade Security
Featuring both a Windows Hello fingerprint reader, the TravelMate Vero allows you to quickly and conveniently log in without compromising on security. Backed up by the discrete TPM chip, this ensures all of your business’ and clients’ sensitive data is kept completely secure.

Acer ProShield
Acer’s ProShield security solution offers enhanced functions to help keep you and your data safe. Thanks to complete Windows Hello integration, ProShield is able to work with your existing login security including the integrated fingerprint reader – this works with other features such as App Guard, which allows you to protect key apps by requiring Windows Hello authentication to launch them. You also get OS-level USB control, which helps protect sensitive data from being copied onto USB devices, as well as many other features.
